چکیده

A learner-based approach to translator training has already been recognised and discussed in education for the last few years (González-Davies 2004; Kelly 2005; Kiraly 1995, 2000; Massey et al. 2019). With main focus on learning rather than product or process of translation, observed trend translation studies can be called ‘translator studies’ (Chesterman 2009). The tendency teacher-centred gradually replaced by manners teaching which favour learner autonomy (Gonzalez Davies 2004).
 Nonetheless, due multiple demands that teachers must fulfil, they still happen regarded as active performers educational process. Invaluable teacher’s agency is shaping reality trainees experience, requires ensuring student-oriented actually involves freeing students from their traditional roles, break out routine have rooted years. It worth emphasising roles responsibilities teacher student are equally important. article looks at with who supposed build career uncertain indeterminate industry future.
